I am a self-taught mixed-media artist currently living in Warner Robins, Georgia. I create artwork that is strongly influenced by nature and science. I am fascinated by the natural world, and I get inspiration from looking closely. While watercolor was my first love, I also enjoy experimenting with acrylic, ink, resin, and just about anything I get my hands on.
I approach art from a perspective of curiosity, not just about the subject of a piece, but also the materials, often repeating the same idea using a variety of mediums and substrates. I am at my happiest experimenting and observing how different materials react with one another, and I have been found on more than one occasion literally watching paint dry.
